Title: New MSConfig

We have a new MSConfig for download here (http://\"http://www.thetechguide.com/downloads/msconfig.zip\").  It was taken from WinXP, and seems to work great in Win2k (for one thing, no error messages pop up when you run it).  In addition to the startup tab, it also lets you edit services that are started, as well as your boot.ini file.  Try it out!
