I had to re-install Windows XP, no problem there. Also installing Office XP was no problem. Then I started to install all the MS patches and stuff. With the windows stuff all was OKE. But I can't get Office to install SP1. The way I want to do it, is as followes:
I go to http://office.microsoft.com/dutch/productupdates/ (http://\"http://office.microsoft.com/dutch/productupdates/\") and press the start button.
Then after a while all the possible updates appear, all of them except SP1 are grayed out. Then I agree to install SP1. Everything goes well with the download, but at installing, the installer comes up with a message:
Error 1328. Error applying patch to file E:\Config.Msi\PTD4.tmp. It has propably been updated by other means, and can no longer be modified by this patch.
The only thing I be able to do is cancel the install or ignore this file, but installer then comes back with aprox. the same message, but with a other file. I can only choose cancel, and the install is terminated.
Please Help
Thnx
Twan
