I never tried the option to always open X filetype after download. When you choose this option it automatically saves, in my case, the .zip files to your ie temporary storage folder. This isnt good. For 1
it renames the files with a [1] and you cant seem to turn it off :/
Ive looked in i.e.'s options and i dont see it anywhere. Ive googled/dogpiled for it but too much stuff
comes back with things explaining i.e. settings for security.
Looked on msdn...it's a puzzle to find anything on it though. Found some nice shell mod's though.
anyhow it's annoying as hell. this shouldnt be a option for its totally useless really
