Title: Windows 2K3 + Outlook 2K

When I click on 'Customize Outlook Today', nothing happens.
I read something about putting this in the url:

res://C:\Program%20Files\Microsoft%20Office\Office\1033\outlwvw.dll/outlook.htm

and I can click on 'Customize Outlook Today' and it works, even though I can't change any settings.

Is there a fix or a patch for this?
