Title: Windows XP boot screen

I read and did the post on how to change your boot screen for XP, worked great . My question is as a computer repair store owner is it illegal to put my business name and logo in that area before I sell a system???

I would suggest one thing before giving my opinion.....as I also repair, and build custom PC's.  

Err on the side of caution.  Though, just like Dell, Gateway and Compaq.....all they do is build PC's from other companies components, put their name on the box, then sell.  

Check out the law first.  See if there is a problem with it.


I however, do not see an issue with it as you are doing the same thing as the larger companies are doing.
