Does anyone have any information on how to do this?

Well, it is the same procedure as burning The windows 2000 bootable cd rom with the difference of naming the cd :

Enterprise Edition : NRMEFPP_EN

Standard Edition   : NRMSFPP_EN

Web Edition          : NRMWFPP_EN

I tried it and is working , hope this helps .
