Title: spybot search & destroy

i am using the spybot search &destroy 1.2 on my win xp.
every time i boot my pc. when the search done i get a list of items then i do select all and do Fix and answer Yes to aprove the delition of these items. then i do the Immunize.
next time when boot my pc i get the same list
what i am doing wrong ?

What type of files are coming up?  Are they cookies, registry keys, files or directorys.
Some of these will reappear depending what sites you visit.
