Title: upgrading hardware

My desire is to upgrade my friends Sony Vaio.
model # pcv-E302ds
-p2
-350mhz
-8mb video
-A3D
- 2x AGP (Matrox)
-128 mb ram
-i-link
-2 usb ports
-etc.
I so far started with the ram to 256mb.
Where else do I go if I even can?

Upgrade the CPU, just make sure it is non-coppermine and 100MHz bus speed.
