Title: I want Outlook to be the defaul mail handler

When I click on a link to email someone it opens up the compose new email window.  Of course, the default is Outlook Express OE, and not Outlook.  Is there any way that it can be done?  Outlook is already my default mail handler, but not in this case

Try this...

1) Click on the "Start" button
2) Click on "Control Panel"
3) Double click on "Internet Options"
4) Click on the "Programs" tab
5) Select MS Outlook in the E-Mail part
