Can you go to add remove programs in the control panel and remove something called surfer? Also, what was the last program that you installed before you noticed the change or did you go to an adult website?

download and install adaware, there's a good chance it will find and get rid of that surfer bar that hijacked your software
download adaware here (http://\"http://download.com.com/3000-2144-10214379.html?tag=lst-0-2\")
kowabunga dude!
