Title: shuttle motherboard/ I/O shield

Does anyone have any advice on where to get an I/O shield for a standard atx case.  The motherboard doesn't have a standard size I/O shield, and the manufacturer doesn't provide them.  Can blank I/O shields be purchased and then modified?
