Title: Service Pack and HOTFIX integration
Post by: David on October 20, 2003, 10:50:29 AM
I understand how to integrate Service Packs and Hotfixes into the Windows 2000 Setup.  All of the info on this site has been very accurate and helpful.

However, how would I go about integrating all current hotfixes into Windows 2000 SP4 so that when I install SP4 onto a machine running W2K the hotfixes are installed along with the Service Pack???

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

David, please have a look at my answer as "Guest" in the thread http://www.thetechguide.com/forum/index.ph...?showtopic=9869 (http://\"http://www.thetechguide.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=9869\"). Interesting for you is the "updates" section.

It's a bit easyer, when the new updates are collected to a pre-servicepack. I have this packs for w2k, XP and 98SE, but only for the german versions of the OS. But I'm quit sure that somebody creates such a wonderful thing for the english versions too ;-)
