Title: How start recovery console from CD?

I create HD/FD image. It boot, all drivers, but when WinXP/2003 write "Please wait" and must show change layout sreen - it shows blue screen (FD image), or "Error in file .......c". Rawrite this image to Logical partition - all boot normally... /smile.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':)\' />
I think  - windows is disable emulation. /huh.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':huh:\' />
Recovery console created by winnt /cmdcons, and changet bootsector og logical image for load CMLDR directly, because NTLDR disabling emulation.
CMLDR disabling emulation too, but I cant find bytes, what changes fix this correctly.
