Software / pc inspector

I am a novice in pc, done something wrong during HDD merging, have tried to work with this software for recovery the un-backup files...

Found that they are all in clusterxxxx.xls or clusterxxxx.xxx or whatsoever. Did anyone can help me through to merge this files back again. pls.
