Software / IE problem

Hi!
Im having a problem with Internet Explorer when i try to purchase something online. It refuses to go to the payment details page. It works fine on every other computer bar this one laptop!
Instead of going to this particular checkout, it loops around endlessly gettin g me to add in my details over and over.
Is there a setting in IE that denys access to interactive pages such as a checkout? If so, where can I find it?
