You can end task those antivirus programs and disable their boot startup. Also, I see that starter.exe is some sort of driver/software for your sound card? You can take that out of your startup as well.
Remove:
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchURL,(Default) = http://us.rd.yahoo.com/customize/ie/defaul...//www.yahoo.com
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = C:\WINDOWS\about.htm
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://red.clientapps.yahoo.com/customize/.../search/ie.html
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = http://us.rd.yahoo.com/customize/ie/defaul...//www.yahoo.com
Everything else seems to be ok...when your computer starts to lag and you see the hard drive active light blinking...go to task manager and see what's taking up the CPU usage.
