Thanks mkda but the problem that I'm having is that I can't even get to the desktop before the CPU reboots which means I can't stop the reboot process at the cmd prompt.

Could anyone help me remove this worm. I can't even get into Windows XP Home before my computer reboots. Any ideas as to how I could fix this problem (W32.Sasser)
