[color=\"red\"]Warning:[/color]  I did not mention previously that I have no official training on analyzing HJT logs, nor do I have any experience beyond my own personal anecdotes in dealing with spyware/malware/viruses.  One of the reasons why your post may not have been responded to by an individual who has this training is that there is a great possibility that this problem has been encountered previously and the solution has been made available in a previous thread.  Before trying anything that I suggest, please review the forum for old threads addressing your problem.

Just so you know, you've done nothing wrong - its just that this forum is probably not monitored 24/7 by those who can help you readily.


2nd Edit:  I've since removed my advice pertaining to your dilemna, not because I'm being an arse or anything, but because I do not feel that I have the necessary experience to help you.  Please search the forum for previously posted solutions to your problem, or continue to bump this thread if you can find none.

Seriously, someone lock this thread down, or better yet remove.  This reminds me of the days back when Diablo first came out, and people used to get cheated out by people who claimed to be able to dupe there stuff for them.

Is it possible you could perhaps provide more information about the system to which you are refering?

Specifically, specs of the system.

Describe, also if you could, what happens step by step when you turn the computer on as well please.   Really need some information before I can give you any feedback of value.

Hello all,

I've recently had a big problem with my laptop - spyware, adware, viruses - etc.  Anywho, managed to clean most of it up, and then a few days later I had an overheating problem and I think I've fried the mobo.

Suffice to say, it was then that I realized I needed a new computer anyways, and went and got myself a desktop.  I figured the first things I'd do was to ensure that it was safeguarded, figured I'd put on a few programs like Norton AV, Adaware, and Spybot.   I've been running this new system for about a month now and decided It'd be a good time to see how the system looks right now, and if I could tweak it to run more smoothly.
