Tech Clinic / High CPU-usage

Hi there!
I've been having some trouble lately: My CPU-usage suddenly max out, I don't know why..
The funny thing is that the "free cpu" (I don't know what it is in english
http://images.thetechguide.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dry.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\'<_<\' /> ) is at somewhere 'round 80-90%, but the cpu-usage is still at 90%-- kinda hard to explain, so I'm posting a picture of it all.

AMD Athlon 64 3700+
Powercolor RADEON 9800pro (with omega drivers)
Windows XP (no service pack)
Trendmicro PC-Cillin Internet Security
