Overclocking / Over Clocking GeForce FX 5500 OC 256 PCI

I have a BFG GeForce FX 5500 OC 256 PCI, the OC I know stands for Over Clocked, however I have never over clocked a card before, since it is 5500 OC does that mean it is already over clocked? and cannot go any more?
