This is my 12dailypro guide version 4, I tried to make it as complete, useful and straight to the point as possible. No marketing speech in here. I spent 10 hours a day researching this stuff for a week before I jumped in and I never stopped researching since. I hope this guide will save you the many hundreds hours of tedious Google crawling and forums hopping that I had to go through. I have already made A LOT of money with this thing. You can do it too! Here we go…

1- 12dp is an autosurf , you are paid for autosurfing at least 12 sites per day. Autosurfing is a fully automatic process; a new site is automatically loaded every 25 seconds. All you have to do everyday is to login your account then click on the “Start Surfing” button, then let it run 5 minutes so that 12 sites passes by, that’s it! Whatever amount of money you put in (by purchasing a membership), you get 144% of that amount back after 23 days MAX (12 earning days + 7 week days + 2 weekends). The most likely scenario is 19 days (12 days + 5 week days + 1 weekend). For example, do a 6$ upgrade, autosurf 12 days, wait about a week, get back 8.64$. That’s it, you don’t have to recruit anyone, sell anything or do any other kind of work. There is no catch. So far, the only way I’ve seen that you can lose money is by being hacked, by forgetting to autosurf at least 4 days out of 12 (you will still earn 96%) or by breaking the rules (cheating) and getting caught.
2- Putting money in (adding to your membership level) is also referred to as upgrading. You can only upgrade by EMO or Stormpay. Those two are online payment processors and the money in those is as real as the one in your pockets =P. Think of them as a variation of the well-known payment processor Paypal. You upgrade by EMO, you get paid to EMO. If you upgrade with Stormpay, you get paid to your Stormpay account.
3- Each membership unit costs 6$. The minimum membership is 6$ (1 unit) and the maximum is 6000$ (1000 units).You can have a maximum of 2 simultaneous upgrades, but the sum of the 2 upgrades (which determines your membership level) still must not be over 6000$. Everything else including registration is totally free. 12dp will never charge you any kind of fees.

You will be pleasantly surprised for the most part. Save the few bad stuff you find for later, when you become a 12dp expert you will realize that they are just empty statements, outright lies or just a valid opinion with little consequences =) Especially if they come from a particular mass spammer…*cough* PN *cough* (wink wink)

Let’s conclude this section with some facts:
• 12dp have been keeping all their promises since they started on May 11th 2005. Technical issues and circumstances outside their control aside, there was never a single late payment so far. They have survived server moves, egold down time, hackers, DDOS attacks, cheater rings, and spammers. Every difficulty they faced have been dealt with swiftly and with the utmost professionalism. 12dp also regularly communicate with members via announcements regarding any difficulty (mostly technical issues) they are facing, what they are doing about it and why. Personally, this is the part of their business I like the most. Their ability to climb, jump, sidestep or obliterate anything on their way is simply amazing.
• In the month of December, 12dp organized a big Christmas Charities drawing. Every advertisement click you purchased gave you one ticket for the drawing. Part of the profits went to 12 well-known charities in the US. There were 12 prizes to be won, ranging from a 3 month Netflix subscript to a brand new car worth 17000$. The event is now over and all prizes have been rightfully claimed.
• Here are some numbers I found out from various sources. They do not publish stats for obvious reasons. [In fact, if you find a site with (fake) stats on it, be on your guard.] Over 220 000 members as of today (January 4th 2006), this is based on the latest ID numbers. There are 70% upgraded members (Charis says so). 10 million dollars inflow per day (source unverified). So, according to my calculations, the average upgrade of a 12dp member is around 492$. This means that people will keep upgrading because they are nowhere near the maximum allowed yet… ;-) In theory, by only “cycling funds” the program will be able to survive quite a while. In reality though, 12dp do have many other income streams other than memberships as proven in the links above. Dividing the profit of 44% by the average delay of 19 days, you get a daily ROI of only 2.31%. Add that to the fact that most people just keep re-upgrading the whole amount (after maybe a small initial cashout), then you see how the program sustainability can be assured. Of course, if everyone cashout at the exact same time, the whole thing collapses. But then your banks work pretty much the same way, don’t they? =)
• Charis Johnson, owner of 12dailypro, donated US $21,500 to The Red Cross for the victims of Hurricane Katrina. This have been verified by calling the North Carolina branch of the Red Cross, and I also have a copy of the donation receipt.

The <<==>> part is where most of the money flow takes place. As you can see, the receive fee and the payment delays are by far the most important statistics. After the first cycle, you will receive payments from 12dp about every week, while you will only typically fund some EMO in the beginning and withdraw for cash much later. The Stormpay receive fees will make a big dent in your profits in the long run compared to EMO, which have no receive fee.
As far as I know (afaik), EMO accounts have never been hacked or compromised in anyway, their Secure Card feature is very good. Stormpay is also secure thanks to their chargeback feature (not attractive for hackers). Also, EMO is a well established corporation, while Stormpay is a one-man type company, as you can see in the Google Earth pictures below:

• No verification: send & receive EMO directly (online) with no fees

Trick for US residents to be verified in 5 minutes (no call needed):
Submit your Driver License, and then submit one utility bill (your name & address must be on it). After those 2 documents have been submitted, you should be able to start the auto-verification process immediately. You only have one chance at this, so be vigilant. They will ask for your Date of Birth and 4 digits of your Social Security Number. If there's enough info in your credit report, you will be asked questions from your credit history. Answer all the questions right and you are done with the verification!
Once you get the “Approved” status, depending on what you chose, you can now add a credit card, a bank account or an e-currency account. For the credit card it will be approved in a few hours (24h max).
An optional last step will be to activate the Secure Card feature. It is a very nice security feat where you have access to look for 4 codes on a small printed out table each time you log in, no one can access your account unless they have that little paper with the codes, including yourself. Guard it with your life! It’s the key to your account ;-) Oh and it’s free of course. If you don’t have a printer, just save the Secure Card as an image on your PC. You get less security that way, but it is still better than nothing.
You can now buy some EMO by clicking on the Add Money button. Done? Alright! So now we have some EMO, what to do with it? =D On to step #2!

2- Plan aheadThis really isn't as hard as it sounds. There is only ONE best plan; it is the best because it is the most intuitive, although many other plans give the same economic performance. It is called the 3x3x3 (or 3 even sums if you prefer). Don’t worry, if you have been doing fancy stuff like xx,6,6 or xx,x,6 you haven’t lost anything, it gives the exact same performance (as long as 1st ≥ 2nd ≥ 3rd). Let me say that in words: as long as your 1st upgrade is greater than your 2nd upgrade, and your 3rd upgrade is greater than the 2nd, your plan is good. In the long run (after you max out 12dp) it will give the exact same result as 3x3x3. I have the Excel sheets to prove it. Not following the plan and violating the 1st > 2nd > 3rd rule (ex. 6$,300$,300$) will slowdown your profit potential by couple of thousands dollars, nothing more... =P Confused yet? Here’s the step-by-step for 3x3x3:
a) Decide how much money in total you want to put in, make sure it is a multiple of 18,
and at least 18$. (If you want to put less than 18$ to test, just skip this whole section,
it does not apply to you. Come back here when you see this thing is for real

c) Your plan is “300, 300, 300”. This means that you should put 300$ right now, wait 6
days, put 300$ again, wait another 6 days, then put the final 300$. From then on, just keep re-upgrading with whatever amount you receive from 12dp (432$), as soon as you receive it.
That’s it! All you need to remember is that your first 3 first upgrades should be equal (or 1st ≥ 2nd ≥ 3rd), and that you should space those 3 upgrades about 6 days apart (one or two days off is not a big deal).
Remember that the maximum upgrade amount that you can have in 12dp at any time is 6000$, and that you can have 2 upgrades max at the same time. So if you want to max out 12dp right away, this is what it looks like:

Day 1: Upgrade 3000$
Day 7: Upgrade 3000$
Day 13: Upgrade 3000$
Around day 19: Receive 4320$, Upgrade 3000$, Keep 1320$

You will have 9000$ in the system at all time (2 active 3000$ upgrades + one 3000$ pending payment). Other plans such as 6000 every 12 days will require a capital of 12000$. Other than the different amount of capital required, all plans to max out will give the same result. Assuming an average payment delay of 7 days, you will be making at least 139$ USD of pure profit per day with the 3x3x3 (not counting the referral commissions). That’s 4170$ USD of pure profit per month (30 days)!
Why not just 900$ one shot every 17-23 days? Why every 6 days?
Remember that there is a payment delay of 5-7 business days (5-11 real days, because of weekends). During that delay, if you don’t have a second upgrade to cover the first one, your account will revert back to its Free/Exp. Status. That will give your upline a heart attack =D, and you have to stay upgraded to earn 12% from your own referrals anyways (downlines). Free/Exp. accounts can only earn 3% from their referrals instead of 12%. Upgrading once about every week will ensure that all your upgrades overlap with each other, thus minimizing the idle time.
Ok so now we’ve got some money and we know what to do with it… It’s finally time to actually DO it! =)

3- Register at 12dailyproUse a referral link instead of registering through the main website! This is my referral link:

Make sure you choose an upline that you will be happy with in the long run, because you cannot change upline after you sign-up. The lucky upline you choose will get a 12% bonus of every upgrade you make, at no cost to you!
Your email address, payment processor and name, must be uniquely associated with your IP address.
So register ONLY from your HOME computer, not on a public one. Do not let anyone else use the same Internet connection as you to sign-up OR autosurf on the 12dailypro website. Each house typically only has one Internet connection, so a good rule of thumb is to have only one 12dp account per house and to always use your home Internet connection for 12dp. Don’t worry; they are a working on a new kind of verification.
By the way, everything on the sign up page can be changed later if you need to. Ok let’s get cranking, from top to bottom.
“Your Name”
Must be at least two words separated by a space. Use your real name, this will be need for the upcoming verification system…
“Your E-mail address”
Anything goes. Just don’t use a verizon.net email, as stated. 12dp will send all important announcements (not all, only critical ones) to this email, so enter an email that you really use… I created a brand new free Hushmail account for this and haven’t got a single spam yet.
“Password”
Make sure you pick a very good password, something like: H@h@g00dlucktryingtOcrackkkthis1!! You can use a line from your favourite song and code it up anyway you want, but make sure you write it down on paper somewhere just in case.
“Payout Details”
Enter your EMO email address or your Stormpay email address here.
“Your site name” & “Your site URL”
Enter “None” for the name and leave the URL empty, unless you know what you are doing AND have read the terms very carefully as well as the warning on the bottom of the form. This is the website that you want to promote to other 12dp members…
“You have been referred by member number: xxxxxx”
Make sure that the xxxxxx part corresponds to the referral link of the upline you chose. If it doesn’t, close your browser, reopen it, clear all cookies, and then try the link again. This trick also works for most referrals system out there… =)
Now click on Register and go check for your validation email. It might end up in the Junk or Spam folder =P If somehow you have trouble receiving the email, just click on the “Resend Validation Link” button on the main page.

4- Upgrading, earning and exploring
Welcome to 12dp! Login to your 12dp account. Despite what the message says, DO NOT autosurf yet if you want to upgrade today. Once you autosurf, you cannot upgrade for the rest of the day. Make it a good habit right now to read all the latest announcements before doing anything else. When you are done, click on “Account Settings” and review all the info there.
Once your Payout Details are ready, make sure you are logged out from the EMO website, THEN click on Upgrade Account on the upper right and follow the instructions to buy some units at 6$ each. EMOcorp is very picky with multiple logins… Ignore the “Allow minimized viewing” setting. For example, if you want to upgrade 300$, then you should enter 50 units. Once done, click on “View Account Summary” to verify that the upgrade got registered properly. EMO upgrades should go through instantly, while Stormpay upgrades usually take about 5 minutes before being registered, despite what they say. =)
Once you are upgraded, just click on “Start Surfing” on the upper left. Let the autosurf run until you earn at least 12 credits (it takes about 5 min), then click on “Open Account”, and you are done for the day! Go back to “View Account Summary” and you can see your first 12% earned right there on your Cash Balance! Congrats! Just don’t forget to do your one click on the “Start Surfing” button everyday!
Now just relax and have a look around. Here’s a tutorial for every section.
“Start surfing”
The one click that will make you earn thousands per month! =D This is where you autosurf. Each page is displayed for 25 seconds. The maximum credits you can surf per day is 50, after that the autosurf automatically stops. If you use Firefox, you can even open another tab and do other things while the autosurf is running.

“ProClicks Area”
A bunch of banners here that you can click for 12 credits per click. You must view the page for 55 seconds after each click. This is the easiest way to get free credits. Of course those 12 credits doesn’t count towards your earning, you still have to autosurf everyday. If you want to have your own banner here, it costs 250$ for 100 000 guaranteed clicks!
“Upgrade Account”
You’ve been here before. “Allow minimized viewing” is supposed to let you autosurf while the browser is minimized! Of course it is set to “off” no matter what you do. So stop trying. =P You cannot upgrade between 11h30PM – 12H15AM because of the day switch, remember that.
“Referrals”
You can see your upline full name and email here!

The most important section. Every transaction you make is listed here. I won’t go into details. On the bottom, many statistics are not used (always 0): Lifetime Paid, Cash from all refs, Lifetime Surf Bonus Credits Won, Lifetime Surf Bonus Cash Won, PTC Cash Earned. Don’t worry about those.
“12dp Surf Sponsors”
Just a list of sponsors. This list is also displayed at the end of your surf session. To become a sponsor it costs 280$ for 1 week.
“Site of the Week”

“Advertising Opportunities”
Direct link to hitsdailypro, which is an advertisement agency and also 12dp sister site. Be careful, that site is used to BUY marketing services. DON’T go there unless you want to spend money for advertisements…
“Members Home”
All the official announcements are here. The first thing you should do when you login is to read any new announcement. Make sure you read the Security News too (click on any announcement and you will see it).
“Account Settings”
Change any of your personal info here. You should only use the “Freeze Account” feature in case your payment processor account got hacked. It is NOT a vacation mode. If you really cannot surf for a certain period less than 30 days AND do not have any referral, just don’t upgrade for that period. Otherwise, just put in 6$ to stay upgraded. It is a small sacrifice compared to the referral commissions that you can make (12% instead of 3%, 4 times more). You can also remove your account here. If you already have an upline and have already upgraded even once, DO NOT remove your account to sign-up under someone else. You are not allowed to change upline that way. Doing so will likely get you banned. Also, removing your account will make you lose all your referrals.
“View Account Summary”
Very straight forward. Look at your Cash Balance here. It should increase by 12% of your Member Level after you autosurf for the day. There is also a small Earnings Statement link right beside your User ID for tax purposes. Now notice all the little arrows…
If you don’t want to promote any site, just ignore everything from here on and skip to the Important Advice section... If you want to promote something, make sure you read the terms first. I underlined those that surprised me.

Credits are only useful to promote a website of your choice. Each credit that you allocate to your website will make that website appear on the screen of one 12dp member during their autosurf session. For example, if you put CPH (Credits Per Hour) to 5, then 120 (5x24) 12dp member will “see” your site per day, providing you have enough credits of course.
Ways to get credits:
• Autosurfing, 1 credits per page, 25 sec. each
• ProClicks area, 12 credits per banner click, 55 sec. each
• Get some referrals (12% + 12 sign-up credits + 0.12 credit for showing your referral page)
• Buy 1000 credits for 44$, 6000 credits for 68$
To promote a site first you need to add it and let it pass a little test (takes 60 seconds). Setup a reasonable CPH for your site. Then click on the arrow next to Account Credits to allocate some of your credits to it. That’s it, that’s all.

IMPORTANT ADVICE & COMMON PITFALLS TO AVOID----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-It is not enough to be smart; you also need to be informed. The biggest risk in 12dp comes from the members themselves imho. 12dp have strict rules, please read them.
-1 IP per account rule means: DO NOT surf at work or any other public places (it is only allowed occasionally). If you and one of your referral or your upline surf on the same Internet connection, then you will be automatically banned!! To be extra safe, use only your PC at home. Even if you have a router and three PC at homes, all those 3 PCs will still have the same external IP! To check what IP you are currently using, go to
http://www.whatismyip.com/ Everything going through a router will still have the same external IP (but a different internal IP). We are only interested with the external IP. By the way, having a dynamic IP with DSL does NOT change anything. Again, one account per house is the safest way to go. If you really must register your husband or wife, use a dial-up connection for the 2nd account or just buy some static IPs. Remember, 1 router = 1 IP = 1 account only!
-Only one EMO account and/or Stormpay account, one email address, and one associated 12dp account allowed per physical person.
-Don't forget to autosurf everyday for your 12%. It takes only 5min to autosurf 12 sites.
-Check if your local time matches with the server time. Days are counted with respect to the server time of course. Best practice is to surf everyday at the same local time, then you don’t have to worry about missing a day.
-You cannot upgrade from 11h30PM to 12h15AM. This is to ensure that transition from one day to the next occurs smoothly. You can still surf during that period.
-Once again, know the rules and do not break them, if you break a rule, you will be banned and all your earnings confiscated. Don’t cheat, 12dp staff is smarter than you =P All the rules and terms are here:

-To avoid fake phishing sites, always use the same bookmark to access 12dp, and look for the correct NetIBA certification ID on the bottom left, which is 649242X. Always make sure that the site you are on is exactly written like this

Do not quit your day job, obviously. =P As with every other thing money-related (including leaving your money asleep in the bank), there are controlled risks. The safest (although not the most profitable) way to proceed is to take out the capital as soon as possible and then re-upgrade only the profits… You have nothing to lose after that =)
- If you are looking to diversify, beware. Resist the lure of higher profits. Don’t ever lower your guard with respect to other programs. Just because 12dp works so well it doesn’t mean that all autosurfs or hyips out there work too. In fact the majority of other online “opportunities” out there are plain scams/pure ponzis waiting to fraud you. Always do your Due Diligence properly as if it was the very first time. =)
