Tech Clinic / Spyware hijacked my desktop!!!

Boy, do I need some help! A couple of days ago, I picked up a rather nasty piece of spyware, 'TopAntiSpyware'.  http://images.thetechguide.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\'\' />   http://images.thetechguide.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ph34r.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':ph34r:\' />  I have ran all the major anti-spyware programs..even Microsoft's Anti-Spyware (*gasp* A Mac user voluntarily using a Windows product--the scandal  http://images.thetechguide.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ohmy.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\'\' /> ). I have gotten rid of most of the s*** on the PC...however the desktop went from hijacked to now blank. Whenever I attempt to change it back, the option is greyed out??!!  http://images.thetechguide.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/mad.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':angry:\' /> So basically I have a OS X Tiger theme, but with no wallpaper. I would appreciate any help..I have come accross other forums (apparently this is a major spyware problem alot of Windows users are having) that suggest using Hijack This? Being a Mac user, I am not familiar with this one. Shall I download & try it??
