Tech Clinic / Having Problems with Java Applet

I am having problems going to a website (apcc.com) for work and running a configurator that uses a java applet.  This particular configurator worked previously but does not work now.  I have tested the plugin at the apcc.com website and it passes all the tests.  I'm not sure what change or changes I made that caused this problem.  I believe I have the latest version of java runtime environment.  

Can anyone help me determine the problem and fix it?
