Software / Trying To Network 2 WinXP Computas

Hi, I am trying to network 2 winXP computers and I am having some problems.
Computer A has Service Pack 2 and Computer B has Service Pack 1.
I have set the IPs:
Computer A: 192.168.0.1, 255.255.255.0
Computer B: 192.168.0.2, 255.255.255.0
They are both on the same workgroup.
I have shared the partitions on both computers.
Internet is connected through computer A, internet connection sharing works, so internet works on both computers.
On computer A, I go to 'View Workgroup Computers' and I can see both of them. I double click on Computer B, and I can go in and copy a file from Computer B to Computer A.
On computer B, I go to 'View Workgroup Computers' and I can see both of them. I double click on Computer B and it brings up this window:
"Connect to Computer A"
User Name: __________
Password: __________
How come it does not let me go in??? I have never had this problem before. It should just work.
