On this page you will find a link to download a set of 6 boot disks. Unlike the other sets of 6 boot disks for WinXP, these contain support for SP2. I just ran into this problem this weekend and these boot disks fixed the problem. It will take about 10 minutes to make the disks since floppies are slow, but it will be worth it once you are singing and dancing because your computer is working. Happy Monday!
