Try to buy of people who have a verifed Paypal Account (like me  http://images.thetechguide.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\'\' /> ) because they are registered all through to their bank so are more easily traceable, or ask for links to past ebay sales which include paypal addresses as proof of previous sales (verifed sellers will have numbers against their names of successful sales)
