I'm on the site but I have NOOO idea where to find driver downloads for usb's...can anyone help?

Well lets see..about 5 months ago I got an ipod shuffle and yer works all good in my usb port and stuff , went fast (because it read as a 2.0 port). My computer had to have a complete hard drive wipe because of a virus and now for some reason my usb ports all read my ipod as a 1.1 port as in it says "This device can perform faster" and its saying that I have no hi-speed usb ports on my computer even though they are all 2.0, I now have an Ipod Nano and I have the same problem...whats going on here?
