Eh, 2-Ds back agian with another problem ..

I am the admin, so why is this coming up? it never came up before, but now im getting these.. errors sometimes, like when i try to install something, or download something..





uhm, or, can u answer me this question. how do i make an account the admin? i only have one account. ive been in control panel > user accounts..
