First of all, I'm not toxic. I suppose I could say that an administrator could check our IPs, but that wouldn't prove anything. You can tell we're different people by a variety of minute details. For instance, I always attempt to spell every word correctly, which toxic doesn't bother with. I'm anal that way. Nothing against toxic in that respect, plenty of forum goers (yourself included, it would seem) don't worry about spelling, so long as their point can be understood.
And to answer your question, I don't know toxic in real life. I've known him for over a year on various forums, not including this one. He approached me to try to solve this situation. Toxic has built up a reputation over the years that he is eager to keep clean. Some little twit impersonating him and using his reputation to get people to trade (and subsequently scam them) is downright low, and is no fault of toxic's.
