Tech Clinic / Keeps coming back!!

Please help!! I am having the same problem. I've been working on it all day to no avail....
The virus (trojan whatever) I got was atmclk.exe with atmadm.exe and dcomcfg.exe. I went to safe mode and erased the files and have used SEVERAL scans (ewido, aluria, xoftspy, spysubtract, microtrend (housecalls), and Windows Defender) they each tell me different things, always finding something... but does not fix the "your computer is infected! Critical system error!" popup.
I have deleted so many so called "spyware" programs and files I'm surprised my computer is still functioning.... please please please help me. I was going to try the steps you outlined in this thread but I thought it was created specifically for that persons situation so I hope you can figure out a similar plan for me. I am good at following directions but don't much about the whole thing on my own.
