Perhaps hosting a torrent server would conserve bandwidth and get the site community involved in distribution.
Those who download should also help upload.

I tried it with Trial Corporate and Trial Server 2003 (good use for those trial CDs) and it worked.

Pigtail LRP CF link
I run Freesco from CF. Check the link above for info on setting up your card.

CF/IDE adapter
I use the other adapter they sell, but the price went up so I'd use this instead.
Fits a floppy bay. A CF card is nice because they are seen by the BIOS as an IDE device.
17 bux isn't bad, and the units are well made.

FreeDOS has .isos you can download that install from CD nicely.
FreeDOS
Otherwise I have to agree on the Ghost method.
A fun thing to do is to install DOS, WFW, and various utilities to an old, small drive and burn a \"hard disk emulation\" CD of that drive. Quite a few progs will still work, and if you like the slow method you can xcopy (or xxcopy) all or part of the setup to a hard disk.

4.  Directly Copy All of the Directories and Files.  In the old days of MS-DOS operating system, Windows 3.x, and Windows for Work Groups 3.x, one used the the DOS xcopy command  and it worked quite well.  The command is:

a:\> xcopy c:\*.* d:\*.* s/h/e/v

The flags copy subdirectories and their contents, hidden and system files, empty directories, and verifies the data.  In this example, the command is issued from a boot floppy.

CDs have so much room including a .gho file (or many) is cool too.
DOS also runs well from a Compact Flash card (which are also Ghostable)if you want a quiet system.  http://images.thetechguide.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':)\' />
