Software / "Hide pointer as you type" XP

Oh, no way in hell am I going to use IE!  Never have been an IE fan.  Ever since the start, I've been a Netscape devotee (even back to the days of Navigator 3).  It must be something with XP because the cursor hides with Mozilla 1.4 on 2K.  Maybe I should file a bug on bugzilla and see if the Mozilla devs can hook it up.

In Windows XP, when going into the Control Panel -->Mouse, there is an option to hide the pointer as you type (in the Pointer Options tab). Currently, this isn't working for me with Mozilla 1.4 and XP. With Windows 2000 and Mozilla 1.4 it does work... And also running Windows XP and Netscape 4.79 it works fine as well. Anyone know a solution to this? I have noticed it hiding the mouse pointer in certain applications, but not Mozilla. Thanks in advance for your time.
