So you know how when you buy a factory PC, whether it be Dell, Gateway, Compaq, etc. and you right click on 'My Computer' to see what some of the system specs are? It will show you they're logo and what looks to be some text from a file that contains the system specs? I was just curious how to do that in system that I put together. Software / WinXP Boot Logo

I followed the how-to guide to edit the winxp boot logo and found that when i rebooted, a blank screen awaited me. Was just wondering if there was a filesize limit in place for the ntoskrnl.exe file or some similar restriction? Heck, Ill even settle for an 'I Dont Know', but just the fact that i know now where those files are is just plain cool.
