your wrong but i dont really mind, I know you got a raw deal on a trade and also you just trying to protect others.

I will log on when I am ready to sell the account, and show it to 1 person with over 500 posts to verify its authentic.

For now I am gonna break up the phat into mils as suggested.  No one really got the cake to throw down on this.

well i figure 190 mil at even 4 per mil is almost 800
200 or so for the account

coming in at around 1k and up.

problem is the trade, I dont think I even trust the MM's with this one and escrow.com wont touch it.

TY RSGOD - in negotiations with someone now on the phat.  You were my first choice as MM since you have dealt with trades over 100m.
 I want to find an original way to do a transaction perhaps with a money order made to me but mailed to MM.  MM can verify account and hold at length up to buyer.  Or MM can hold money order for a month untill buyer is happy.  I don't need the cash fast, but want it one day.  Its principle with me.  I have enough money in life but like to get what things are worth.  I figure on paying a $50 MM fee to someone who helps me transact smoothly.  

Unless there is a site that doesnt do chargbacks.

I have to think some things out overnight about breaking this up.  thanks all

not sure if you have ever been to barrows but the mini map doesnt work there.  Its to disorient you and make it harder to get around.  Theres no reason to black that out.

There are account recoveries on it I really see no need to remove them.  It goes with the rest of the trust.  You will have my personal home phone number, and address.  That should be enough.  You can remove them or have the middle man do it.  Even if I removed them I have been using a credit card on this account for 2 years.  I am sure I could get it back... but trust me, that will not happen.

Its sad to say but unfortunately It costs more time and money to file and follow through with the lawsuit.  In the end, the defendent will have to reimburse the court costs and fees, but anything you spend on a lawyer is lost.  It would be in small claims court, and if you are the one suing you will also be the one that has to fly out to the court case, if they live in another state.  Its done that way to prevent frivolous lawsuits.

But seriously I hate scammers as well and its still good info you took the time to write.  It is punishible and is no laughing matter.  In fact if you use US mail you have even more protection with Mail Fraud being a felony offense.

K, well first off I can't convince you to trust me, but I will do the best I can.  The account has never been traded, sold, scammed.  I am over 30 and really just quiting RS.  I joined a while back to see the market for selling an account but hadn't quit yet.  Now I am quiting so the account is for sale.  It will be a perm sale.  I accomplished my 2 goals of getting a phat and getting 99 mage.  Now RS bores me.  

The account is on eBay at this moment but I don't expect it to last.  Any transaction will include phone calls and a trade of addresses.  I don't have a problem giving my address and phone number.  I am interested in USD or possibly an ipod + cash.  Since I need to buy another Ipod anyhow.  I am done gaming so please no other game offers.  

I will put the same info that ebay has for this.  I am open to a middle man trade if you and at least 2 mods think the person can be trusted, but I will require their telephone info as well.  

With the account you will get a list of clan history so that you can fill in applications correctly if you join a clan.  You will also get all the sigs I created for the account.  Sigs are very sweet.  

The only other stipulation is that you never scam anyone who pms you in game.  I have alot of very trusting friends, but they all know I am rich, so asking for items would seem odd to them.  Account is well respected and has been a leader in 2 clans.
