Basically, it is a publicly owned RuneScape server.  It's almost the same as normal RuneScape, except the admin that owns the server can spawn anything anywhere.  Of course, normal RS admins can do that too.  They are pretty awesome!   http://images.thetechguide.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/happy.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\'^_^\' />

Langers, if you go to www.moparisthebest.com, then go to the forums, you'll see a post about MoparScape 3.0  Download that.  It's the newest version of MoparScape.

Also, if anyone needs help on the server, just add Blink182, I'll be glad to help.

It's late at night (or early morning), but just thought I'd say, the server isn't working.  I don't know if it purposefully is, just thought I'd throw it out there.

The server works now, and I must say Polo, it is very nice.
