I have several users whose outlook keeps going offline for no apparent reason. They will be logged in with outlook sending and receiving fine then the next time they look it will say offline. I have checked all the setting for offline folders but can’t find any reason why it should be doing this.

I need to install a new PDF reader to about 50 users. I already have the program downloaded on our server but I would like to try and do it without having to touch each computer. Can this be done in a .bat file or login script?
