Tech Clinic / 3com BaseLine internal Powersupply defect

I hope to take a normal ATX-Powersupply, but is gray=PowerGood and white= -5V???
On the Platine/Board/PrintedCircuitBoard there is writed grey=P10 and white=P9
For bad english I´m sorry.
