ok i know what it is kinda but how does someone else get a fire cape for u they are not tradable and usually if there not tradable they cant be drop traded either if someone wants to help me on this plz post.

ok my new username is rs2hero and im just posting this so nobody thinks im trying to scamm by creating multiple accounts. just didnt like my other username derik since i dont want my real name on it.
