Software / "Default" Icon on desktop taking me to casinopalaz

An icon showed up on my desktop with an "X" on it.  I clicked properties and then target and it linked to this  "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE" http://www.casinopalazzo.com/index.php?sourceid=101969

How do I get rid of this?

Also, out of the clear blue after visiting a DEFINITE none-porn website (Bible software!) I get sent once in a while to www.myexexex.com ??  Embarrassing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please, someone help me.
