Tech Clinic / Digitising tablet problems

Anyone know where I can go to get help with a CalComp DBIV tablet?
It's meant to work with some specialised hydrological software tat has gone wonky after upgrade from Windows 2000 to XP. menu options previously living on the tablet area is now minute i.e. tiny. Obviously some kind of scaling issue but dam if I can figure it out and CalComp themselves are useless.
