Hardware / NetGear WG511

I have a NetGear WG511 wireless card in my Toshiba laptop and whenever I turn on my computer, I constantly get booted from my network for the first several hours that the laptop is on.  I usually get booted every two to five minutes.  How do I fix this problem?

Also... after installing the Window's Service Pack 2, NetGear will tell me that I am connected to my network whereas Windows will tell me that I am disconnected.
