Software / DVD's doesn't play over CE DVD player

I'm facing this issue with Power2Go. I've Win XP OS.

DISCS PLAY ALRIGHT ON COMPUTERS BUT NOT DVD PLAYERS HAVE TRIED IFFERENT DISCS AND ALSO DOWNLOADED POWER DVD COPY HAVE U ANY MORE SUGGESTIONS

I'm using PowerProducer 2.0 (KD95831148452967). When I try to catpure TV program with PP 2.0. Then an error message will be displayed over the screen ie
"Capture card device is already in use". However I have restart the computer.

When I try to play a DVD with PowerDVD. It displays a message: "Unsupported format". I'm using PowerDVD 5.0 OEM version.

I'm not able to import DVR-MS file into PowerDirector. I was able to import DVD-MS file before installing SP2.

When I play a DVD with PowerDVD. It displays a reactange area around the display window instead of video. However I'm able to listen audio of DVD. I'm facing this issue with PowerDVD 5.0 OEM version.
