Since you\'ve tried most troubleshooting steps, it\'s either bad or faulty drivers, some nasty spyware/adware or it could just be a defective onboard network, or network card

You could try booting up with a linux distro such as ubuntu as see if you can connect

Please download https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/1-adwcleaner/\'>AdwCleaner by Xplode onto your desktop.

  • Close all open programs and internet browsers.

  • Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.

  • Click the Scan button and wait for the process to complete.

  • Click on the Clean button follow the prompts.

  • A log file will automatically open after the scan has finished and the PC has rebooted.

  • Please post the content of that log file with your next answer.

  • You can also find the log file at C:\\AdwCleaner

    In addition:
    -Junkware-Removal-Tool-

Please download http://thisisudax.org/downloads/JRT.exe\'>Junkware Removal Tool to your desktop.

  • Shut down your protection software now to avoid potential conflicts.

  • Run the tool by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows Vista, 7, or 8; instead of double-clicking, right-mouse click JRT.exe and select \"Run as Administrator\".

  • The tool will open and start scanning your system.

  • Please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system\'s specifications.

  • On completion, a log (JRT.txt) is saved to your desktop and will automatically open.

  • Post the contents of JRT.txt into your next message.

Post the logs from Adwcleaner and JRT and keep me informed how things are running

The info of your motherboard should be printed right on motherboard itself

Regardless, if you\'re unsure about updating bios, might want to leave it, but info is all in the motherboard manual

Shows more than one way of updating

A bios update may fix some problems

One update I believe addresses

Fixed onboard & add-on VGA card compatibility issue

I can\'t find your exact model motherboard, what bios version you have installed?

Are you planning to update bios?

.

You should have your manual for tweaking memory, etc....

Here\'s a link to a similiar model motherboard manual
