Tech Clinic / USB Hi-speed port stopped working in Hi-speed

I had the same problem some time back.
Then i loaded the s/w for my new digi-cam and hey presto they msg dissappeared. Try loadingsome s/w which uses the hi=speeed USB 2.0.
Hope this works

Tech Clinic / Booting Problems

I am running XP on a PIV with 512MB Ram.
I am connected to the intrnet via LAN.
I use a Realtek RTL8139 card.
Sometimes when I boot up PC i just get a blinking cursor. Sometimes my screen is full of the Letter 'D'.
Sometimes Novell Ethernet Adapter s/w opens up.
and sometimes my lan cartd stops functioning. I get a msg saying that it is unplugged.
Upon numerous 'ctrl+alt+del' my PC starts normally.
