ok...do the following and hopefully it should help....I personally have used these programs for as long as I can remember;
Right firstly download the following programs;
Uniblue spyeraser (imo this is the best spyware removal program on the internet. everyweek it finds around 20 dd infected cookies and other spywares on my computer)
Uniblue Speedupmypc3 (This program helps speed up your pc and increase efficeny, the first time I used it it cleared up over 5gig of things the computer has stored but didn't remove)
Spyware doctor (This is the top rated spyware remover on the planet, nothing comes close to it. in terms of publicity, but, uniblue spyeraser is mroe effective)
pc tools firewall plus ( this program is free and provides and amazing firewall)
registry mechanic (cleans up your computer from problems in your registry, in the average weekly scan it finds over 100 problems I or my computer have created)
ok...all the following programs cost subscription but give free scans...its crap imo...but if your cheap you can go to
www.serials.ws (not sure If I am allowed to post that website) and oyu get will serials to be able to use all of them...but delete them after it or buy them so you can support the publishers.
ok if you have done what I said you should have a clean pc thats free from spyware...but you can still have a rootkit program or a virus in your pc, so....
Download "CA" internet security suite...it has a 30 day trial and this program is proven to be the best antivirus their is.
ok, you can also download "secruity task manager" this program is VERY IMPORTANt as virus's will hide themselves from your task manager...this program will find every single program that is using the tinniest amount of resource and give you its opinion on it...ok now find the one that has the highest rating and make sure to click delete and stop permanetly.
ok...if you have done all the above and are still paraniod about a virus still being there...and really there shouldn;t be a virus considering I have never had a problem...do my last resort...restore the pc to factory settings. yes, its drastic but it cleans your pc like nothing else.
if your using a dell pc you can click CTRL and F11 at the blu screen and it gives oyu the option...now if oyur not using a dell pc check oyur manufacturers website and they will tell you what to do.
