Tech Clinic / reinstalling video drivers

my computer stopped working after a big storm and my uncle was able to fix it but everything got deleted and i dont think the video drivers got reinstalled so i downloaded it but wasnt working and i couldnt install it...
i found the correct driver which is:[color=\"#0b6891\"]http://img517.imageshack.us/img517/3071/98782034zu8.png[/color][color=\"#0b6891\"]
[color=\"#0b6891\"][/color][/color] Then i tried to install it and got this error:[color=\"#0b6891\"][color=\"#0b6891\"]http://img412.imageshack.us/img412/9572/65162205al5.png
[/color][/color]I went to my device manager and saw this:[color=\"#0b6891\"]http://img511.imageshack.us/img511/6160/76393957uu8.png[/color][color=\"#0b6891\"][/color][color="#0b6891"][/color]
anyone know what this means and how i can fix it without the reinstall cd because i dont have one? Thanks.
