Hardware / Upgrading my laptop

Well I want to upgrade the graphics card and the processor on my laptop and probably two 1GB ram sticks. I want it to be able to run games good. I have a price range of $330-500 to upgrade the processor and graphics card. I also need them to be sold at stores like Best Buy, Circuit City, Wal-Mart, Office Depot, all big stores that I can find anywhere in the U.S.

Reason: Some friends from school got a ps3 so now we are making a clan for a game name Warhawk and Call of Duty 4. I wanna stay higher rank than them so rs is just meaningless to me now.
