there is nothing to explain he scammed me i have proof i hired him to train my acc for 1.2m from 42 range -70, i let him go on he jacks like 100k worth of arrows and then he changes password trys to do 14 day recov delete and then accuses me of scamming

okay i hired him to train my account, here are some PM's we talked with:

Okay so we talk on MSN and then we agree on a price of 1.2m for 42-70 range, he says itl take him till wednesday, i said okay no problem. AND HE SAID PAY ME AFTER I FINISH< so im like allright.
i give him account info, he logs on then 10 mins later hes like "my comp wont let me load runescape dude"
so im like watever just train it wen u can load.
so i try to log into the acc this morning to check progress, THE PASS IS CHANGED, I RECOVER THE ACC, BUT THERE WAS A REQUEST TO CHANGE RECOVS WHICH WAS GOING TO TAKE PLACE ON NOV 25, I TOOK A PICTURE OF THE REQUEST:
so HE TOOK ALL THE ARROWS I PUT ON ACCOUNT WHICH WERE 5K IRON AND 1K STEEL, MY AMMY OF PWER AND SOME OTHER JUNK, IT WASNT MUCH BUT
THE BOTTOM LINE IS HE SCAMMED!
DONT LET HIM TRAIN UR ACCOUNTS!!! HE IS A SCAMMER
