Tech Clinic / Security Update for Microsoft XML Core Services 4.0 Service Pack 2 (KB

When i tryed to update Security Update for Microsoft XML Core Services 4.0 Service Pack 2 (KB954430) it said it had been installed then 10 seconds later it came back.

So I updated it again but it came back. I kept doing it until I think hmm something is wrong..
I am using Windows Vista 32bit.
