Software / internet access on network

Not sure about host file. No other security program. Also, this occurs on Int. Explorer, Firefox and Google Chrome on the main computer. On the remote, I can access this web address:
http://findlaycc.com/_filelib/FileCabinet/Newsletters/November_Newsletter.pdf?FileName=November_Newsletter.pdf
will not open on the main computer.

I have a home network. On the main computer, it will not open a particular website. But on the remote it will access that website. How can I get access on the main computer? Using Windows XP Home. Also, the same antivirus with both computers, Trend Micro.

thanks, I could not find any way to open the program. So,  I used Revo Uninstaller to completely remove all parts of Microsoft Visual Studio and restarted. Upon clicking on a video, I get the same old message referencing debugging and VS even though it is uninstalled. (?)

I did a "search" and there are numerous listings of Visual Studio although, I never use it.

When I recently try to play a Real Player video I get an error message about Win32 exception...Just-in-Time debugging...no installed debugger. How can I resolve this problem?
Using Windows XP home.

Now, close down all browser windows
Access your Add/REmove programs and remove the following

Older copy of Sun Java>>Remove only Java™ 6 Update 5
In addition, if you didn't purposely install Viewpoint Media Player
Uninstall it also

Then, RESTART your computer into SAFE MODE

Running a home wireless network, host desktop pc and remote laptop. On the laptop only, when I click on "Start", My Network Places, it no longer lists the laptop or host computer. How do I get these back on the laptop? Windows XP Home.
